Texas Social Services provides counseling in 14 counties to children and adolescents as well as adults. We accept Medicaid, NorthSTAR/Value Options, CompCare, Amerigroup, and other insurance. If you are a school, we do provide counselors on-site if you have 8 or more children that need counseling by a therapist.
