Lite Up Program

The Public Utility Commission of Texas offers discounts to telephone and electric bill. IMPORTANT: The information on the electric bill (Name, Address, etc..) MUST match the information of the participant in the qualified program or the self-enrolled application. Income as follows. Some electric comapanies do not participate (those in a co-op). Those in Celina and Farmersville have electric comapnies that do not participate. However, the phone bill may be discounted.
